Navas will be sidelined for at least three weeks because of the hamstring injury he suffered Tuesday against Sunderland, manager Manuel Pellegrini said Friday.

Navas hasn't done much for fantasy owners this season and has seen his role decrease over the last couple months, having zero goals and six assists on the season. Raheem Sterling took his place Tuesday and should get the start against Leicester. Sterling hasn't been great this campaign either, but has been the more dangerous winger with five goals and three assists.

Alexis Sanchez scored during Arsenal's FA Cup match against Burnley last weekend, and he'll look to make it two in two Tuesday against Southampton, who beat Arsenal 4-0 earlier this season.

Navas left Tuesday's match against Sunderland after suffering a hamstring injury, according to Stuart Brennan of the Manchester Evening News. He finished the match with four crosses, one foul drawn and one interception.

Navas' deflected cross ended up at the feet of Sergio Aguero, who banged home the opener. Navas got the start in place of the injured Kevin De Bruyne (ankle/knee), and if he's forced to miss any additional time, Raheem Sterling would likely slot back into the starting XI.

Navas tallied an assist in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Swansea City.

Navas provided good service to Wilfried Bony, who finished things with a nice header to give City a 1-0 lead. Navas isn't quite the creative engine his country mate David Silva is, but he's picked up five assists in 23 matches across all competitions and is a nice piece on the right wing for City.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Navas (ankle) is available off the bench Saturday against Stoke City.

With Kevin De Bruyne seemingly locked into the right side of the attacking midfield, Navas will find starts very hard to come by, particularly with David Silva back and set for the No. 10 role.

Navas (ankle) is fit to play Saturday against Stoke City.

Despite the injury absence of Yaya Toure (muscular injury), Navas will still find a starting spot hard to come by, as Kevin De Bruyne seems to have locked up the right side, with Raheem Sterling on the left and David Silva in the No. 10 role behind either Sergio Aguero, who is out with a heel injury, or Wilfried Bony.

Navas tallied an assist and took one shot (one on target) in Saturday's 5-1 victory over Bournemouth.

Navas was unlucky to have not scored himself, but is credited with the assist on Sterling's third goal after ricocheting the ball off the keeper. After no goals or assists in his first seven Premier League matches, he now has assists in back-to-back matches.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Navas (hamstring) came on for James Milner in the 81st minute of Sunday's win over QPR, finishing with one cross on six touches.

Navas has been a solid fantasy contributor this season, though he's much more valuable in formats that give points for peripheral stats such as crosses.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Navas has recovered from his hamstring injury and could feature Sunday against QPR.

Navas has been a solid fantasy producer this season, as his eight assists trail only six players in the entire Premier League. He sends in a lot of crosses as well, giving him extra value in formats that give points for peripheral stats.
