Amalfitano (rest) returned to the fray coming off the bench during Sunday's 3-1 defeat to St.Etienne.

The veteran hasn't been particularly impressive as a starter and unsurprisingly returns to action off the bench. If that remains the norm from now on his fantasy upside will get significantly reduced off the bench.

Amalfitano did well to stay onside for Enner Valencia’s pass and then cleverly chip Hull City keeper Allan McGregor. He should continue to provide manager Sam Allardyce with a solid option off the bench.

Amalfitano put the match out of reach with a tidy finish in the 88th minute after coming on as a substitute in the second half. Despite scoring against the Reds, the 29-year-old will struggle for starts, making him a risky fantasy option.
