RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Erding had a quiet season for St. Etienne as he managed just nine goals and one assist in 34 appearances in all competitions.

The Turk racked up 11 goals in just 18 Ligue 1 starts for the club last season after transferring from Rennes, but never regained his scoring touch this season. Erding has been linked with a move away from St. Etienne, with several Premier League clubs reportedly interested in the imposing striker, but it remains to be seen where he will end up next season.

Erding scored the equalizer one minute into stoppage time to net St. Etienne a 2-2 draw with Marseille on Sunday.

Erding came on for Ricky van Wolfswinkel in the 72nd minute and bagged his fifth goal of the season and second in the last three league matches. He's moving in-and-out of the starting XI, which makes him a very inconsistent fantasy option.

Erdinc started and played 66 minutes during St. Etienne's scoreless draw with Rennes on Saturday, taking one shot and drawing one foul.

Erdinc, who battled a hamstring injury earlier this season, scored three goals and had one assist in his first two Ligue 1 matches this season, but he has gone without a goal or an assist since then, which makes him a very speculative fantasy option, no matter the format.

Erding has made three substitute appearances since returning from his hamstring injury Nov. 1 against Lille, but he has not attempted a shot.

Erding attempted multiple shots in six of his first seven appearances this season, but he's been very quiet since his return, which included a start in the Europa League against Inter Milan. He'll have to really turn it around if he's going to come close to extending his double-digit goal streak to three consecutive seasons.
