PLAYER RECOMMENDATIONS

GOALKEEPERS

Hugo Lloris, TOT v. HUL ($6,000): If you're paying up at the position, I recommend paying all the way up for Lloris. He'll cost you a few more hundred than the next best option, but he has arguably the best chance of a win and clean sheet of any keeper on the slate. Visiting Hull City are goalless in three straight road games.

Lee Grant, STK v. SOT ($4,600): Prior to conceding three goals at Arsenal, Grant reeled off back-to-back clean sheets to the tune of 32 fantasy points. He's back in play considering Southampton have been held scoreless in two of their last four, and they haven't scored more than one goal in a Premier League game since Oct. 16.

DEFENDER

James Milner, LIV at MID ($7,000): Milner is over $1,000 more than the next highest-priced defender, but he has been a cash game staple due to his safe floor. He swung in 15 crosses last game and has 35 over his last three. He's on penalty kick duty as well, giving him a tournament-winning ceiling when everything comes together.

Cedric Soares, SOT at STK ($5,100): Cedric was given a breather over the weekend, with Cuco Martina filling in as Southampton manage a busy run of four games in 11 days. While Martina did well in his absence, Cedric should be back in the XI on Wednesday. He's topped double-digit crosses in his last two outings and is one of the safest go-to defenders for double-digit points.

Marc Muniesa, STK v. SOT ($3,000): At near minimum price, Muniesa has been a serviceable play at defender over the last three games. He posted eight points at Arsenal in his last outing, but also picked up a knee knock that has him listed as questionable. If he passes a late fitness test and is in the XI, Muniesa makes for a worthy bargain bin play.

MIDFIELDERS

Christian Eriksen, TOT v. HUL ($8,900): Eriksen has been on fire, averaging over 28 fantasy points per game over his last four appearances. With Tottenham heavy favorites against an overmatched Hull City, the likelihood of another big fantasy haul makes Eriksen one of the top cash game midfielders on the board.

Dimitri Payet, WHU v. BUR ($8,800): Payet snapped a two-month goal drought with a free kick goal to help earn a result at Liverpool. He finished with 18 fantasy points, and a home game against a Burnley team that has let in at least two goals in each of their last five games means Payet stands a good chance to make his mark on the scoresheet.

Chris Brunt, WBA v. SWA ($5,000): West Brom were kept in check at league-leaders Chelsea on Sunday, but before that Brunt went off for a goal and an assist in his last home game. He's topped double-digits in two straight at home and is back home against a vulnerable Swansea City team. For $5,000, a case can be made for using Brunt in both cash games and GPPs.

FORWARDS

Kevin De Bruyne, MCI at SUN ($9,700): De Bruyne as a forward puts him in "must-play" territory for cash games. He put in 18 crosses in Sunday's loss to Leicester and has hit 18 fantasy points in consecutive games. A home game against Watford is a nice bounce-back spot for City, and another big fantasy haul from De Bruyne is presumable.

Harry Kane, TOT v. HUL ($9,000): Kane was unable to break through against Manchester United over the weekend but checks in with the highest goal-scoring odds on the board. He's goal dependent for fantasy purposes, but has produced a goal or more in each of his last four home games - good for a total of 109 fantasy points over that run. It's a trend that looks likely to continue going up against a Hull City defense that Crystal Palace just lit up for three goals.

Nolito, MCI at SUN ($6,900): Nolito shined off the bench Sunday, scoring a goal on four shots to rack up 16 fantasy points in just 22 minutes. It wasn't enough to overcome a four-goal deficit, but if he's given the start Wednesday he gets a good matchup against a Watford defense that has conceded nine goals across their last two away matches.
