Raudel Lazo

Lazo spent a majority of the 2015 season with Double-A Jacksonville, accumulating a 2.15 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with 32 strikeouts in 29.1 innings. His numbers were good enough for him to be one of the Marlins' September callups, and he pitched 5.2 innings in the month spent with the team. While Lazo is only 5-foot-10, he still can get his fastball velocity into the mid-90s. He also has a solid changeup and slider to go along with the fastball. Looking forward, Lazo will have his work cut out for him to land a spot on the Opening Day roster in 2016, but whenever he does find himself on the club, he is likely to fall into a situational bullpen role.
