RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams finished with four points (2-9 FG), three rebounds, one assist and one steal across 33 minutes during Sunday's 84-70 loss to the Mercury.

Though Williams finished the season on a relatively low note, she had another solid season as a starting member of the Dream's frontcourt. The third-year player out of Duke finished 2017 posting 10.4 points (on 48.7 percent shooting), 7.2 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steal across 31.4 minutes per game. While her numbers certainly weren't flashy, she produced enough on both sides of the rock to warrant consideration in DFS as a low-cost option.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams recorded 15 points (7-12 FG, 1-2 FT), 15 rebounds, two assists and two blocks across 40 minutes in Saturdays win over the Fever.

It was the fifth double-double of the season for Williams, who has continued to be effective with both her scoring and rebounding. Following her season-high 15 boards Saturday, Williams showed she still has plenty of upside as a mid-tier DFS option.

August 20, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams recorded 13 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block across 32 minutes in Saturday's loss to the Wings.

It was yet another solid outing for the center, who continues to have a strong month of August, posting at least 11 points in five of her last six games. It was a down outing for Williams on the defensive end, as she had recorded 12 blocks over her previous three games, but her impressive 2.1 per game average on top of her consistent scoring and rebounding make her an intriguing DFS option through the end of the regular season.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams finished Saturday's 68-84 loss to the Stars with 16 points (8-11 FG), four rebounds, one assist, two steals, five blocks and three turnovers across 31 minutes.

While she put together a strong scoring output Saturday, Williams has actually been doing a fantastic job on the defensive side of the ball recently as well. She's now posted back-to-back games with five blocks, while her two steals also added to her two-way performance. Williams is already a double-double threat with her points and rebounds, so if she can continue to rack up defensive statistics, that's only going to further boost her all-around portfolio. She's now averaging 10.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 2.1 blocks and 1.0 steal across 31.6 minutes.

August 9, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams contributed 16 points (7-13 FG, 2-2 FT) and 11 rebounds across 28 minutes during Tuesday's 81-72 loss to the Lynx.

Williams has put together two straight double-doubles after posting a four-point, four-rebound dud Thursday against the Lynx. It's been somewhat of an up-and-down season overall for Williams, though her averages of 10.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, 1.5 assists and 1.0 steal across 31.7 minutes per game make her worthy of fantasy consideration whenever the Dream are slated to play.

August 7, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams tallied 11 points (4-12 FG, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists and three blocks across 24 minutes in Saturday's loss to the Sky.

It was the third double-double of the season for Williams and her first game with at least 10 rebounds. Saturday's contest was big for Williams, as she has struggled on the glass as of late, grabbing just 13 total rebounds over her previous four games. If Williams can continue to be consistent on the boards, she becomes an interesting DFS option once again given her ability to produce on both ends of the floor.

August 3, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams accumulated four points (2-7 FG), four rebounds, one assist and one steal across 24 minutes during Thursday's 69-54 loss to the Lynx.

Williams, who averages 32.5 minutes per game on the season, has seen under 25 minutes of action during two of the past three games. She's also struggled to make a significant fantasy impact in those games. The situation is certainly worth monitoring, as Willliams' 10.4 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals per game make her a legitimate fantasy option every night.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams posted a team-high 18 points (7-13 FG, 4-6 FT) to go with five rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block across 33 minutes in Sunday's loss to the Mystics.

Williams had one of her better offensive performances Wednesday after coming off a loss against the Lynx where she put up just two points and one rebound in 21 minutes. The center currently averages 10.4 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 2.0 blocks in 32.5 minutes per game, allowing her to be deemed a valuable all-around player in the fantasy regard during most nights.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams tallied 16 points (5-7 FG, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, one steal, three blocks and five turnovers across 40 minutes during Tuesday's 91-99 win over the Mercury.

After making her first All-Star appearance over the weekend, Williams picked up right where she left off and notched her fourth straight double-digit scoring performance in a row. She shot an impressive 5-for-7 from the field and made a living at the free-throw line, converting on all six attempts. Williams currently averages 10.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 2.1 blocks and 1.1 steals across 33.0 minutes per contest, giving her the all-around production and upside of an intriguing fantasy option.

July 20, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams will make her first career All-Star appearance in Seattle over the upcoming weekend.

Through the first 20 games of the season, Williams has been one of the best two-way forwards in the Eastern Conference, averaging 10.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.2 blocks in just under 33 minutes per game.

July 16, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams finished with 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, one assist, three blocks and two turnovers across 32 minutes during Saturday's 84-90 loss to the Storm.

Williams continues to be a force on the boards, but she complemented that nicely on Saturday with 13 points on a 60 percent clip from the field. She currently owns averages of 10.1 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.0 steal across 32.4 minutes per contest, so that all-around production should provide a decent return in terms over her overall fantasy value. More consistent numbers in the scoring column would certainly give her a boost, but her double-double potential still gives her plenty of upside.

July 5, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams recorded 10 points (5-10 FG), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal across 32 minutes during Sunday's 72-81 win over the Liberty.

After a slow start to the season, Williams has now put together six straight games in double figures, so she's done her part offensively to try and get the Dream out of the cellar in the Eastern Conference standings. The eight rebounds came just shy of giving Williams her second double-double over the last three games, so it was yet another strong performance. Williams will continue to be a name to watch if her production can stay consistent both in the scoring column and on the boards moving forward.

June 14, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams produced 10 points (4-8 FG, 2-3 FT), seven rebounds, one assist, two steals, and four blocks Tuesday against the Storm.

Williams contributed across the stat sheet on Tuesday, being active on both offensive and defense. Although Williams isn't on pace to have her best scoring career, averaging 8.3 points per game, she's having an impressive start in regards to her rebounding, currently averaging a career-high 8.7 rebounds per tilt.

June 11, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams posted 11 points (4-8 FG, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Saturday's 71-104 loss to the Sun.

Williams has combined to grab just 11 rebounds over the last two games, which is a bit disappointing considering the fact that she had pulled down at least nine in every game prior to that. However, her 11-point performance in the scoring column helped make up for it, which marked her third double-digit outing of the year. Williams currently owns averages of 8.1 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists over 31.2 minutes, so she'll continue to be a double-double threat, which makes her a viable fantasy option on most nights.

May 28, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams flirted with a double-double during Saturday's 75-73 victory over the Sparks, posting 10 points (4-10 FG, 2-4 FT), nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocked shots across 31 minutes.

Williams has been dominant on the boards so far this season, so her ability to rack up another nine rebounds Saturday wasn't much of a surprise. She's nearly averaging a double-double and if she can continue to generate a rim-protecting presence that was evidenced by her two blocks Saturday, Williams should be one of the better options in the frontcourt for DFS contests.

May 16, 2017

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Williams contributed eight points (4-9 FG), nine rebounds, one assist and one block across 30 minutes during Saturday's 81-74 victory over the Sun.

Williams has gotten off to a nice start this season, building upon last year's averages of 11.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and 2.3 blocks across 34.7 minutes per game. At 6-foot-3 and 195 pounds, she has the frame to challenge opposing centers, but also the footspeed to help control the perimeter if need be. Williams is a legitimate threat to post a double-double with two swats during any contest, making her one of the better options at center or forward in most fantasy formats.
