PITCHER
Chris Sale, BOS vs. TEX ($26,100): I passed on Kershaw on Wednesday night with a similar price, but I'm not going to pass on Sale. The reasons are twofold: one, Sale is a more reliable strikeout pitcher and two, the Rangers strike out at a much higher rate than the Cardinals. Sale has recorded double-digit strikeouts in eight consecutive games, and there's no reason to think the Rangers, who have a K% of 24.8 percent against lefties, will end that streak.
Luis Severino, NYY vs. KC ($19,200): There aren't many good options outside of Sale, but Severino serves as a decent one. He has been up and down this season, but he's good enough to take advantage of the light-hitting Royals, who are in the bottom half of the league in K% against righties and have the third-worst wOBA. Additionally, Severino has at least six strikeouts in six of his past eight starts.
INFIELD
Jose Altuve, HOU vs. DET ($9,900): The Astros were the hottest team in baseball a week ago. They collectively hit a rut in the past week, but they may have broken out Wednesday night. With Daniel Norris on the hill for the Tigers, that new-found roll should continue. Altuve has a nice advantage over Norris, as he has a .357 wOBA against lefties this season.
Kris Bryant, CHC vs. CIN ($9,900):Matt Moore has pitched well over his past two starts, but he still has a 5.37 ERA on the season. Meanwhile, Bryant comes in with a .546 wOBA against lefties this season, the fourth-best mark in the league.
Adam Frazier, PIT vs. ATL ($7,600): The Pirates will face Julio Teheran, and all the lefties in the lineup are giddy, as Teheran has a 7.12 xFIP against them this season. Frazier is one of a few lefties in the lineup, he hits at the top of the order, and he leads the team in wOBA against right-handed pitching.
OUTFIELD
Brett Gardner, NYY vs. KC ($9,200):Jason Hammel takes the mound for the Royals, which means the Yankees might be the best stacking option on this slate. Hammel isn't terrible, but there aren't many reliably bad pitchers. With a stack in mind, Gardner is atop the list because he's been the team's best hitter recently, posting double-digit fantasy points in six of his past eight starts.
Aaron Judge, NYY at KC ($9,600): While Gardner has been the team's best hitter over the past couple weeks, Judge has been the best producer for the entire season. Though he's hit a bit of a rut over the past 10 days, he still has the highest wOBA against righties on the team at .460.
Charlie Blackmon, COL at PHI ($10,800): With a limited number of stacking options it's probably wise to look for the one-offs who can produce. Blackmon certainly qualifies as a strong option, as he has a .413 wOBA against righties this season and has scored double-digit fantasy points in eight of his past 10 games.
UTLIITY
Ryan Schimpf, SD at NYM ($6,600):Robert Gsellman takes the mound for the Mets, and though the Padres are rarely a stacking option, there are some good plays in there. Schmipf, who has a .324 wOBA against righties this year, looks like the best option as we get the lefty vs. righty matchup and he has homered in consecutive starts.
Tyler Flowers, ATL at PIT ($7,200): Flowers has been one the surprises of the early season and a lot of his success can be attributed to the way he's hit righties. He has a .432 wOBA against righties this season, which is 17th-best in the majors. He now gets a crack at right-hander Trevor Williams, who brings a 6.04 ERA into this matchup.
