One of the quirks of interleague play is the need for short two-game series. There are 10 of these in this period, giving all 10 teams two off days. Add in the Angels and that renders 11 teams with just five games.
On the flip side, 13 clubs play the full seven, with the Rockies and Rays in the best spot to rack up the most runs, followed closely by the Red Sox.
Those in roto-leagues looking for the elusive stolen base, the Reds, Red Sox and Twins lead the pack.
As is customary, these are preliminary rankings. The final version will be posted Sunday night after teams firm up pitching plans.
