This article is part of our Weekly Hitter Rankings series.
Rockies and Red Sox bats are in line for a high-scoring week as Colorado is at home for seven games while Boston squares off for seven games with the weak Rangers and Orioles staffs. Seven more clubs have a full week including the Braves and Rays with their septet all at home. The Cubs, Diamondbacks, Pirates, Cardinals and Rangers will rack up frequent flyer mileage with seven on the road.
For those platoon aficionados, the Rockies are slated to face five southpaws while the Braves and Pirates draw seven right-handers.
Please check back Sunday night for the final set of rankings, after pitching rotations and matchups are clarified.
For the week June 10-16.
