It also marks the opening of the fantasy playoffs in many head-to-head formats. Congrats and good luck to those vying for your league championships.

For the rotisserie combatants, please keep in mind that years of tracking ERA and WHIP down the stretch show there's more movement on those categories than the counting stats. It's a false assumption the team innings are at a point where they're locked into their ratio points. Leagues will be won and lost on the last day of the season.
