Fleck went 4-1 with a 3.46 ERA for Reno in 2015. The 27-year-old took advantage of his spring training invitation, pitching 4.2 scoreless innings while only allowing three hits and striking out nine. Throughout his minor league career, Fleck has provided a good K:BB ratio, as illustrated by his 66:24 mark last season. If he can continue to pitch to his abilities, Fleck might get his first chance to perform at the major league level later on this season.
