ANALYSIS
This deal, which was agreed to in October, is still pending an MLB investigation into Serrano's age and identity. Serrano is a 17-year-old Dominican prospect who reportedly throws between 90-95 mph, with a curveball and a change-up. He's certainly an intriguing prospect, but the 6'3" Serrano will likely have to work out his mechanics in the minors for a while, if the deal is approved.
