Hollins drove in his club-leading 11th RBI Thursday, the Royals' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
That 11th RBI came on a two-run home run. Even with his decent power this spring, he probably won't make the 25-man roster, as he doesn't factor into the Royals' long-term plans, but take notice of this power if he lands elsewhere sometime during the season.

Hollins signed with the Yomiuri Giants and will play in Japan in 2007.
In one of those feel-good stories the Devil Rays always seem to be associated with, Hollins finally got a shot at regular playing time in the bigs at age 31, and responded with 13 homers in half a season's worth of at-bats. There's no way he'll get to repeat that feat with the Rays in 2006, however, with Rocco Baldelli back from injury and Delmon Young banging on the door. The Rays have too many options to give Hollins that many at-bats again this year. Let someone else in your league find that out the hard way.
After tearing up the International League during the last two seasons, Hollins signed a minor league deal with Tampa Bay in the offseason. He'll likely spend most, if not all, of his time at Triple-A Durham.
Hollins put up decent numbers at Triple-A but tore a thumb ligament on July 7 and missed the rest of the season. He's become a decent Triple-A hitter, but his age and lack of plate discipline make it unlikely that he'll get a chance at a starting job in the majors.
