Butler spent camp with the Brewers, but he was a long shot to make the cut. He'll open this year with Triple-A Nashville, with whom he went 9-8 with a 5.15 ERA and 96:76 K:BB ratio in 28 starts last season. He'll have to improve his control quite a bit this year if he hopes to have a shot at being called up to the big club at some point.
