Pitcher
Chris Sale, CWS at PHI ($60): Sale should be in for a nice strikeout haul against a Phillies team that's mustered a paltry .283 wOBA against southpaws while also striking out against them at a rate of 22.7 percent. Sale has racked up between 20 and 43 fantasy points in his last six starts, with more than 30 fantasy points in four of them. Although the Phillies have been hitting pretty well over the last few days, Sale offers just the type of matchup to stop them dead in their tracks.
Matt Moore, SF at LAD ($36): Moore is poised to be the latest southpaw to victimize a Dodgers squad that's generated a major league-low .273 wOBA against left-handed pitching along with a 23.1 strikeout rate. He nearly no-hit them in his last encounter in this very stadium, generating 40 fantasy points on the strength of 8.2 innings of one-hit ball. Despite a disastrous start last time out at Coors Field, Moore draws an ideal matchup with which to return to form, particularly considering the Dodgers also sport a minuscule .268 wOBA over the last seven days.

Catcher
Wilson Ramos, WAS at MIA ($9): Ramos is priced just $2 away from minimum despite having been one of the most offensively proficient backstops in baseball all season long. He's hit safely in six of his last seven games and sports a .351 wOBA against right-handed pitching, along with a 34.6 percent hard contact rate. Marlins starter Tom Koehler has generated a 2.25 HR/9 over his last three starts, along with a .339 wOBA and 31 percent hard contact rate.
First Base
Miguel Cabrera, DET at MIN ($22): Cabrera draws the highly vulnerable Jose Berrios, who's been particularly battered at Target Field during his brief big league tenure. Right-handed bats have posted a .453 wOBA and 38.1 percent hard contact rate against him at home, while Cabrera boasts a .391 wOBA, .247 ISO, 25 homers and a 40.4 percent hard contact rate against right-handed pitching. He's also torn the cover off the ball all of September, posting a .317 average, .435 wOBA and .317 ISO with six homers over his last 17 games.
Second Base
DJ LeMahieu, COL vs. STL ($22): LeMahieu continues to swing one of the hottest bats in baseball with a .377 average and .387 wOBA over his last 18 games. He checks into Wednesday with an outrageous .451 wOBA at Coors Field, an even higher .459 wOBA against righties there, and hits in 11 straight games. While Cardinals starter Luke Weaver has been much more vulnerable to lefty hitters, LeMahieu's track record at home and red-hot stretch at the plate makes him too good to pass up.
Third Base
Jose Ramirez, CLE vs. KC ($15): Ramirez typically goes under-owned and under-priced, always rendering him an appealing play for tournaments in particular. He draws a solid matchup against Royals starter Ian Kennedy, who's given up 31 homers on the season with 21 of those coming on the road. He's yielded 10 of those round-trippers to lefty bats, along with a 31.5 percent hard contact rate. Ramirez counters with a .312 average against right-handed pitching overall, along with a .391 wOBA against that handedness at home. He also brings a .333 average and .342 wOBA over 18 September games into Wednesday's contest.
Shortstop
Addison Russell, CHC vs. CIN ($14): Russell serves as a means of cost-effective exposure to Reds starter Robert Stephenson, who's been battered by right-handed bats to the tune of a .387 wOBA that rises to an astronomical .557 over a very limited road sample. Righty hitters have also managed hard contact against him at a 48.6 percent clip overall, and he's generated a 6.75 ERA and .424 wOBA over his last two starts. Russell owns a .354 wOBA and .219 ISO at home along with a .367 wOBA and 34.5 percent hard contact rate against right-handed pitching there.
Outfield
J.D. Martinez, DET at MIN ($22): Martinez is the second Tigers bat that jumps off the page in a matchup against Berrios, whose considerable problems against right-handed hitters at home were detailed earlier. Martinez brings a whopping .403 wOBA, .246 ISO and 39.2 percent hard contact rate against right-handed pitching into Wednesday's tilt, along with .302 average and .365 wOBA over his last 17 games.
Charlie Blackmon, COL vs. STL ($25): As mentioned earlier, Weaver has been hit hard by left-handed hitters this season, making him a particularly inviting Coors Field target. The young Cardinal has yielded a .389 wOBA to lefty bats overall and a .464 figure over a 39-batter sample when facing them on the road, along with a 28.6 percent HR/FB rate and 42.3 percent hard contact rate. Blackmon counters with a .384 home wOBA and a .377 wOBA, .225 ISO and 39.9 percent hard contact rate against right-handed pitching there. He could hardly come into Wednesday any hotter, posting a .340 average, .484 wOBA and .415 ISO with five homers over his last 14 games along with hits in nine straight.
Randal Grichuk, STL at COL ($21): On the other side of the Rockies-Cardinals matchup we have the slugging Grichuk, who racked up 16 and 22 fantasy points over the first two games of the series against the Rockies. He draws a matchup ripe for more of the same against Colorado rookie starter German Marquez, who's given up a .445 wOBA to right-handed hitters over a very limited sample so far this season. Grichuk boasts a .319 average, .400 wOBA and .275 ISO with four homers over his last 19 games, along with a .332 wOBA, 16 homers and a 41.3 percent hard contact rate against right-handed pitching this season.
