AL West: 82 Prospects You Need To Know

AL West: 82 Prospects You Need To Know

This article is part of our Farm Futures series.

For the second year in a row, I will be going division by division, providing analysis on every fantasy-relevant prospect in baseball while also ranking those prospects in their respective systems. This means there will be 20-plus prospects ranked in certain systems and less than 10 prospects ranked in others. There is no point in listing an irrelevant prospect just to reach an arbitrary total of 10. Similarly, it is unfortunate to not include information on highly relevant prospects just because that prospect was not one of his team's 10 or 20 best.

The sixth and final installment takes us to the 82 prospects you need to know in the American League West. There is less prospect gold in this division than any other division in baseball, largely due to the fact the Mariners have by far the worst system in the game and the usually talent-rich Astros have graduated and traded a lot of talent over the last 12 months.

Feel free to ask me any prospect-related questions in the comments section or on Twitter @RealJRAnderson.
