FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays
FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

There are going to be plenty of options to wade through for your FanDuel entry Tuesday with 11 games on the NBA schedule. There are a lot of players with great matchups as a result, but here are some of the more favorable ones who can hopefully help you end the night a winner.

Guards

Jrue Holiday, NO vs. CHA ($8,900): Holiday had a bad game when Anthony Davis was injured and did not play Friday against the Wizards, finishing with 17.6 FanDuel points. He played only 28 minutes in the blowout loss, which was a big reason for his dip in production. With Davis back and healthy, Holiday followed that up with 45.2 FanDuel points Sunday against the Jazz. Opposing defenses have a hard time focusing on Holiday when Davis is on the floor, resulting in Holiday scoring at least 43.1 FanDuel points in each of the last four games that Davis has played. Look for Holiday to keep things rolling Tuesday.

Nicolas Batum, CHA at NO ($7,000): Batum is finishing the season on a high note, scoring at least 30.5 FanDuel points in 10 of his last 11 games. Although he's only averaging 14.2 points per game in March, he's provided a lot of value with his ability to contribute across the board, also averaging 7.8 rebounds, seven assists and 1.8 three-pointers over that same stretch. The Pelicans play at the second-fastest pace (102.6 possessions per game) and allow the second-most points per game (111.7) in the league, making Batum someone to consider for your entry.

Jamal Murray, DEN at LAL ($6,400): Murray is not playing his best right now, scoring 29.1 FanDuel points or less in six of his last eight games. He played well against these same Lakers on Friday though, scoring 48.6 FanDuel points. He's played well against the Lakers all season, averaging 20 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 2.7 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in three games. His ownership might not be that high Tuesday due to his recent struggles, but he is a viable option with upside.

Forwards

Anthony Davis, NO vs. CHA ($12,900): After missing one game with an ankle injury, Davis returned Sunday to score a staggering 79.7 FanDuel points against the Jazz. He played 40 minutes in that contest, so don't expect him to face any limitations Tuesday. With a usage rate of at least 31% in back-to-back months, Davis gets plenty of opportunities to stuff the stat sheet, so don't be afraid to pay up to get him in your lineup.

Larry Nance Jr., CLE at PHO ($7,800): Nance has been starting at center for the Cavaliers with Tristan Thompson (ankle) sidelined, scoring at least 36.4 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. Had Nance not been limited to 26 minutes Sunday with the Cavaliers getting blown out by the Lakers in the second half, he likely could have reached that mark in four straight. The Cavaliers and the Suns are two of the worst defensive teams in the league, leaving Nance with the potential for a valuable performance Tuesday.

Corey Brewer, OKC at ATL ($4,100): With the Thunder's lack of depth, Brewer has established himself as an important player since joining the team, playing at least 28 minutes in three straight games. He hasn't disappointed, scoring at least 21.6 FanDuel points in each contest. He had his best performance Monday against the Kings, scoring 33.7 FanDuel points in 33 minutes. At this cheap, he's worth considering in tournament play.

Centers

DeAndre Jordan, LAC at CHI ($8,200): There are few players in the league who can control the glass like Jordan, who has grabbed at least 15 rebounds in six straight games. He fell one point short of a double-double Saturday, but had posted one in each of the previous five contests. He could be in line for a dominating performance against the lowly Bulls on Tuesday, a team that has allowed the second-most FanDuel points per game (61.2) to opposing centers in their last ten games.

Brook Lopez, LAL vs. DEN ($6,700): The injury to Brandon Ingram (groin) has shifted Kyle Kuzma to play more minutes at small forward, opening up added playing time for Lopez. Lopez has looked great with the added minutes, scoring at least 32.5 FanDuel points in four straight games. He scored 44 FanDuel points against the Nuggets on Friday and is a mid-tier option to consider if you don't want to pay up for Jordan.

Nerlens Noel, DAL at NY ($4,200): Noel has made the most of his limiting playing time for the Mavericks, scoring at least 25.3 FanDuel points in back-to-back contests despite playing no more than 25 minutes in either game. With the Mavericks playing for a high draft pick and looking to evaluate Noel since he will be a free agent this summer, he could see more playing time moving forward. His ceiling isn't very high, but at this price, he is someone to consider if you need to save money at center.
