The marks the second game of a back-to-back for the Thunder (32-26), who are coming off a tough home loss against the Cavs on Tuesday evening. Despite having four players score more than 20 points in the contest, the Thunder fell short at home. This marks the first game of a three-game road trip for the Thunder. They have dropped three of their last four on the road, where they are 12-16 this season. After missing two games Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony each put up solid numbers on Tuesday. Westbrook continues to impress, averaging 25.5 points, 10.3 assists and 9.3 rebounds per game, while Anthony averages 17.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. Paul George is also playing at a high level, averaging 28.7 points on 48 percent shooting over his last 10 games. The Thunder force opponents into an average of 15.4 turnovers per game, which is the most in the NBA.
Meanwhile, the Grizzlies (18-37) have dropped eight of their last 10 games, including their last six in a row. They average just 98.9 points per game, which is the second lowest in the NBA. The Grizzlies are 2-3 in the their last five games at home, where they are 13-16 this season. Marc Gasol still provides Memphis with some a reliable presence, averaging 17.9 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game. Tyreke Evans has been perhaps the best player for the Grizzlies this season, as he averages 19.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game. JaMychal Green has played well lately, averaging 10.0 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game over the last five games.
