Entering his 17th season in the NBA, Thorpe may be one of the most underrated big men in the last 15 years. A Hall of Fame player? Probably not. But 8 ½ rebounds and 55% shooting suggest he will get some consideration upon retirement. Clearly no longer starter material, Thorpe will provide experience and size off of the Hornets’ bench this season.
