Kelvin Cato

Cato will not qualify right away, but he figures to get the most starts at center for the Magic. He never lived up to the hype of replacing Hakeem Olajuwon in Houston and struggled to find consistent playing time. The backcourt with Steve Francis and Cuttino Mobley will likely generate most of the offense, and the team will want to work No. 1 overall pick Dwight Howard into the flow, so Cato won’t be getting a chance to shoot much. He could crack the seven-rebound barrier and be a source of blocks (1.4 bpg in 2003-04), but there isn’t a lot of fantasy value wrapped up in Cato.

Will backup Yao Ming, chip in a few rebounds and some blocks. If Yao were to go down, Cato would be a marginal spot starter in deep leagues.
