Jacobsen is a sharpshooter that could evolve into a 3-point threat (41.7%, 2.3 3PA/game in 2004-05) for fantasy teams. By the end of last season, he was averaging over 25 minutes a night. However, additions to roster in the form of Steve Nash and Quentin Richardson make the Suns very deep on the wing. The minutes he got last season may not be there this year, but he can swing between the two and the three for playing time. He would see his most playing time if/when coach Mike D’Antoni uses a small lineup.

Jacobsen has decent size and speed and has a sound outside shot, but he needs to add more bulk if he wants to truly compete with stronger and quicker shooting guards in 2003.
