FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

Tuesday brings only six games on the NBA schedule. There aren't any matchups that really jump off the page, but the Spurs, Bulls and Jazz are all in action. Here are some of the better FanDuel options to consider when creating your lineup.

John Wall, WAS vs ORL ($9,500): Wall continues to be a force in daily fantasy as he has posted at least 40.8 FanDuel points in nine of his last 10 games. His ability to post double-doubles with points and assists while also generating a lot of steals gives him tremendous value. He's expensive, but I think he's worth it Tuesday against the Magic with their lack of point guard talent.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, DET vs CHI ($5,700): Caldwell-Pope has been hot of late, posting at least 30 FanDuel points in six of his last eight games. Offense is the name of the game for Caldwell-Pope as he is currently averaging a career-high 15.0 points per game. The Bulls have been involved in some high scoring affairs this season, so I think Caldwell-Pope is an intriguing mid-tier option Tuesday.

Brandon Jennings, NY at MIA ($4,000): If you are looking for a cheap option to take a chance on Tuesday, Jennings might be your man. While he hasn't been overly impressive this season, he has recorded at least 20.7 FanDuel points in three of his last five games. He is one of the Knicks' best options off of the bench and I think he has a chance

While he hasn't been overly impressive this season, he has recorded at least 20.7 FanDuel points in three of his last five games. He is one of the Knicks' best options off of the bench and I think he has a chance to provide decent production considering his bargain-basement price.

Kristaps Porzingis, NY at MIA ($7,600): Porzingis is having an excellent season so far as he is averaging 38.8 FanDuel points overall. He has been even better of late, posting at least 39.8 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. Not only can he put up points in a hurry, but he has also blocked at least two shots in each of his last six games. I don't see the Heat putting up much resistance against him Tuesday.

Otto Porter, WAS vs ORL ($6,300): Porter is one of those mid-tier guys who may not go off for a huge night very often, but his floor is high and he generally seems to come through. He has posted at least 30.4 FanDuel points in five of his last six games. The key is that he gets plenty of playing time as he is averaging a career-high 35 minutes per game. I like him to have another productive outing Tuesday against the Magic.

Jon Leuer, DET vs CHI ($4,600): I like this matchup for Leuer as the Pistons will need his height to battle Taj Gibson and Robin Lopez in the post. Leuer has been productive considering his price of late, posting at least 20.9 FanDuel points in each of his last four games. I think he'll be a double-double threat in this contest and is worth a shot at this price.

Hassan Whiteside, MIA vs NY ($9,100): Whiteside continues to excel as he has recorded at least 50.4 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. With the Heat lacking talent, Whiteside has taken off this season and is currently averaging 17.8 points, 14.9 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game. The Knicks don't have anyone who can hang with him, so I'm expecting a huge performance Tuesday.

Marcin Gortat, WAS vs ORL ($6,400): Gortat has posted a double-double and at least 30.2 FanDuel points in each of his last three games. Like Porter, Gortat has also seen increased playing time this season as he is averaging a career-high 35 minutes per game. The Magic have depth up front, so look for Gortat to get heavy minutes and produce again in this contest.

Bismack Biyombo, ORL at WAS ($4,300): Biyombo has seen increased action of late as he has played at least 30 minutes in each of his last six games. While he hasn't cashed in big, he has posted at least 20.7 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. He doesn't score much, but he is averaging 10 rebounds and 0.8 blocks over those four games. He's really cheap Tuesday and I think he is worth a shot if you want to save money at center.
