FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Value Plays

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

Tuesday night bring eight games on the NBA schedule, but not one of them consists of two teams with winning records playing each other. That doesn't mean there aren't great players in action though as the Warriors, Spurs, Clippers and Raptors all take the court. Here are some players to consider for your FanDuel entry for the evening.

Mike Conley, MEM at NO ($8,200): Conley enters Tuesday's contest having scored at least 39.2 FanDuel points in each of his last four games. Not only did he score at least 19 points in each of those four games, but he also had at least 10 assists in two of them. He gets to face a Pelicans squad Tuesday who has allowed the third most FanDuel points to opposing point guards this season. Conley could be in for a big evening.

Tyler Ulis, PHO at MIA ($6,400): Ulis has been thrust into a prominent role with the Suns shutting down a couple of guards and has played at least 39 minutes in each of his last three games. He has yet to disappoint as he scored at least 34.8 FanDuel points in all three of those contests. Look for him to see heavy playing time again Tuesday, making him a valuable mid-tier priced option.

Denzel Valentine, CHI at TOR ($4,600): The Bulls have been trying a lot of different combinations lately, but Valentine has still managed to log at least 28 minutes in each of the last four games. While still fighting for a playoff spot, the Bulls want to give Valentine and some other young players a chance to produce down the stretch. Valentine has come through with at least 25.9 FanDuel points in two of his last three games and is worth a shot if you need a cheap shooting guard for the evening.

Jimmy Butler, CHI at TOR ($8,900): Butler is trying to carry the Bulls into the playoffs as he has scored at least 45.5 FanDuel points in three of his last four games. Not only is Butler an excellent offensive weapon, but he also has at least two steals in four of his last five games. He scored 45.4 FanDuel points against the Raptors in a game last month and he should be in for another big performance.

James Johnson, MIA vs. PHO ($6,400): Johnson exploded for 47.9 FanDuel points Sunday against Portland and gets to face another weak defensive team in the Suns on Tuesday. With Dion Waiters (ankle) out of action, Johnson will likely be counted on to carry more of the offensive burden again in this game. The price is right to give him another opportunity to put up big numbers for you.

Tobias Harris, DET at BKN ($5,400): Harris doesn't stand out as a great play Tuesday as he has scored 24.4 FanDuel points or less in each of his last four games. However, he gets to face a Nets squad Tuesday who has allowed the second most FanDuel points to opposing power forwards this season. He's not going to cost you a ton and might be worth the risk.

Hassan Whiteside, MIA vs. PHO ($8,700): Whiteside has been extremely consistent of late as he has scored at least 36.6 FanDuel points in 11 of his last 12 games. Not only is Whiteside a walking double-double, but he also has at least three blocks in four of his last six games. Don't expect the Suns to be able to slow him down Tuesday.

Jusuf Nurkic, POR vs. MIL ($6,700): Nurkic continues to be a monster for Portland as he has scored at least 36.3 FanDuel points in each of his last three games. His defensive numbers have been outstanding as he has nine blocks and six steals over those three contests. The Bucks allow the seventh most FanDuel points to opposing centers, leaving Nurkic as a viable option again Tuesday.

Alan Williams, PHO at MIA ($5,700): Williams has a tough matchup against Whiteside, but he has been extremely productive as he has posted a double-double in three of his last four games. The impressive part is that he played at least 30 minutes only one time over that stretch. If you want to go with a cheaper option at center, look no further than Williams.
