FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Picks

FanDuel NBA: Tuesday Picks

This article is part of our FanDuel NBA series.

There was only one game in the NBA on Monday as it took a back seat to the NCAA Championship, but Tuesday brings a heavy schedule of 11 games. With so many options to choose from, that means a lot of possibilities for unique lineups on FanDuel. Let's take a look at some options across the board to hopefully make your unique lineup a winning one...

Elfrid Payton, ORL at CLE ($7,600): Payton continues to finish the season stron
and has scored at least 39.2 FanDuel points in four of his last five games. He has been an excellent facilitator over that stretch as he dished out at least eight assists in all five of those games. He gets a favorable matchup Tuesday against the Cavaliers as they allow the seventh most FanDuel points per game to opposing point guards, making him a strong option at this price.

Rajon Rondo, CHI at NY ($7,100): The Bulls are making a push for the playoffs and Rondo's improved play has been a big reason for their success. He's been extremely productive as he has scored at least 37.3 FanDuel points in each of his last four games. The key has been increased playing time as he played at least 34 minutes in all four of those. Expect him to see plenty of action again Tuesday and produce against a bad Knicks squad.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, PHI vs. BKN ($4,200): Luwawu-Cabarrot has seen increased playing time as the Sixers are dealing with injuries down the stretch and has played at least 32 minutes in each of his last four games. He's been a productive cheap option, scoring at least 24.8 FanDuel points in each of those four games. Tuesday brings a great matchup against the Nets and their terrible defense, so roll with Luwawu-Cabarrot at this price.

Jimmy Butler, CHI at NY ($10,000): Butler has thrown the Bulls on his back and is carrying them back into contention. He has been extremely productive of late, scoring at least 42.7 FanDuel points in each of his last nine games. Not only has he scored at least 33 points in three of his last five games, but he also has at least five rebounds and at least five assists in each of his last seven. He's not cheap by any means, but should be worth it against the lowly Knicks on Tuesday.

Aaron Gordon, ORL at CLE ($5,800): With the Magic winding down an atrocious season, Gordon has seen increased playing time as he has played at least 35 minutes in each of his last four games. He is coming off of back-to-back games with at least 50.5 FanDuel points as he scored at least 22 points and grabbed at least 15 rebounds in both of those.

Frank Kaminsky, CHA at WAS ($5,400): Kaminsky has provided the Hornets with steady offense lately as he has scored at least 18 points in three of his last four games. He doesn't contribute a lot in other categories, but his scoring alone helps make him an option at this price. Taking into consideration that he gets to face a Wizards squad who allows the fifth most FanDuel points per game to opposing power forwards, Kaminsky makes for a viable option Tuesday.

Rudy Gobert, UTA vs. POR ($9,200): Who in the world is going to guard Gobert on Tuesday? Portland is extremely thin up front with Jusuf Nurkic (leg) out, making this a juicy matchup for Gobert. It also doesn't hurt that he has scored at least 44.3 FanDuel points in five of his last seven games. Gobert should be worth the price of admission in this one.

Brook Lopez, BKN at PHI ($7,900): One of the better strategies in DFS is to use centers playing the Sixers, as they allow the most FanDuel points per game against the position in the league. Lopez was successful against them a week ago, as he posted 48.8 FanDuel points. As the main offensive weapon on the Nets, look for a heavy dose of Lopez again Tuesday.

Jonas Valanciunas, TOR at IND ($5,500): The Raptors are battling for playoff position and Valanciunas has stepped up, averaging 15.3 points, 12.3 rebounds and 1.8 blocks over his last four games. He doesn't need a lot of playing time to produce, as he played no more than 29 minutes in any of those four contests. Tuesday brings a favorable matchup against the Pacers as they allow the seventh most FanDuel points per game to opposing centers.
