DraftKings NBA: Tuesday Cheat Sheet

DraftKings NBA: Tuesday Cheat Sheet

This article is part of our DraftKings NBA series.

Tuesday brings Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals with the Warriors looking to take a 3-1 series lead. The Warriors have been dominant at home during the playoffs, including blowing out the Rockets in Game 3. We've also got another opportunity to win some money on DraftKings, leaving the below players as options to consider when creating your lineup.

Expensive

Kevin Durant, GS ($13,600): After going on scoring surge the first two games, Durant followed up with a 25 point performance in Game 3. He finally started to contribute in other areas as well with six rebounds and six assists, resulting in 45 DraftKings points. He has scored at least 40.8 DraftKings points in all but one game during the Warriors playoff run and should have a high floor again Tuesday.

James Harden, HOU ($13,300): Not much went right for the Rockets on Sunday, but Harden still managed to finish with 42.8 DraftKings points. After leading the league with a 36.3% usage rate during the regular season, he's continued to carry the offensive load for the Rockets with a 36.6% usage rate in the playoffs. This is the lowest he has been priced all series, so don't hesitate to take advantage.

Middle-priced

Eric Gordon, HOU ($7,200): Gordon struggled mightily in Game 3, shooting 4-for-13 from the field and 2-for-8 from behind the arc on his way to 14.5 DraftKings points. He's been inconsistent, but has shown upside by scoring at least 30.5 DraftKings points three times during the playoffs. The good news is he is getting plenty of playing time with the Warriors using so many small lineups, leaving him with an opportunity to have a valuable bounce back performance.

P.J. Tucker, HOU ($6,400): After scoring an impressive 40.8 DraftKings points in Game 2, Tucker came crashing back down to Earth with 15 DraftKings points Sunday. He only scored 13.8 DraftKings points in Game 1 as well, so he isn't having the best series overall. He has still played at least 33 minutes in all three contests and can get hot from behind the arc, so he might be worth the risk at this price.

Discount

Kevon Looney, GS ($3,900): It's certainly not eye-popping numbers, but Looney has scored at least 10 DraftKings points in all three games of this series. He played 25 minutes in Game 1, but played 25 minutes combined over the last two games. With Andre Iguodala (knee) listed as doubtful for this game, there is the possibility that Looney could see some extra playing time. You'll have to take some chances on really cheap players to get a few of the studs into your entry, leaving Looney is a viable option.

Shaun Livingston, GS ($2,600): Livingston is another player who could see added minutes if Iguodala is ultimately unable to play. Like Looney, he doesn't have a ton of upside, but he has scored at least 13.3 DraftKings points in two of three games. At an even more discounted price, he can provide significant relief for your budget as well.
