As of April 2026 there are 70 different casino sites online in Ontario. Quebec

British Columbia

The only regulated online casino platform in British Columbia is PlayNow. Owned and operated by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), the province doesn't allow for any private online casinos.

Nova Scotia

The province does not allow private online casino operators. 

Manitoba

Manitoba has offered regulated online casino gaming since 2013 and also doesn't allow private online casino operators. Currently their only casino site is Play Now whichis available through a partnership with Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries and the BCLC. 

PEI

Prince Edward Island is the smallest province in Canada and one of the last to expand into regulated online casino gaming. In 2024, the ALC extended its online casino offerings to PEI residents through ALC.ca.

Newfoundland & Labrador

Newfoundland and Labrador was the last Atlantic province to launch regulated online casino gaming, going live through the Atlantic Lottery Corporation (ALC) in 2023. The province operates under the ALC model and does not permit private online casino operators. We do not recommend using offshore casinos, as they offer no provincial consumer protections for NL residents.

Saskatchewan

Like the other Atlantic provinces, New Brunswick operates exclusively through the ALC and does not license private operators.
