DFS College Basketball: Friday Preview

DFS College Basketball: Friday Preview

This article is part of our DFS College Basketball series.

It's a small three-game slate on tap for today's College Basketball action, with regular season finale's in the Atlantic 10 and MAC and an Ohio Valley tournament game being featured. DraftKings highlights their $10 Big Jam Contest with a $2,000 top payout.

Top Players

KJ Williams, F, Murray St. ($8,600 DK)

Williams is the most expensive option on the slate, and the Ohio Valley Conference's Player of the Year is worth paying up for. He's played excellent in both meetings against Southeast Missouri State this season, recording one double-double and scoring over 20 points both times. They struggle to defend the 6-foot-10, 245-pound Williams, as SEMO doesn't start anyone over 6-8.  Williams has been Murray State's clear go-to option with a team-high 27.9 percent usage rate.

Sincere Carry, G, Kent St. ($7,700 DK)

Carry leads the slate in fantasy points per game, scoring over 35 fantasy points in four of the last five games with three 50+ point fantasy performances this season. The junior point guard is taking over 28 percent of the team's shots when he's on the court, and it's unlikely he'll come off the floor much in the regular season finale showdown against Buffalo. Carry provides a safe floor with his ability to produce across the stat sheet as well.

Middle Tier

Jeenathan Williams, G, Buffalo ($6,700 DK)

Williams is a must-have at this salary, as we see another example of the soft pricing with some of the mid-major rosters. He's posted at least 28 fantasy points in eight consecutive games which would far exceed his salary expectation. Williams is part of a stellar trio alongside Ronaldo Segu and Josh Mballa that has formed a potent offense for Buffalo, with Williams leading the team in threes made while shooting 44 percent from long-range.

Jalen Adaway, G, St. Bonaventure ($6,600 DK)

Adaway leads the Bonnies in shot percentage, taking 23 percent when he's on the floor. He's been efficient when doing so with shooting splits of 52/37/81. He posted a team-high 16 points in their first meeting with Richmond, and the team should benefit from this game being at home this time around. You also don't have to worry about Adaway coming off the court, as he's played all but two minutes over the last three games combined.

Values

Trae Hannibal, G, Murray St. ($5,000 DK)

Hannibal makes for a good stacking option alongside Williams, having averaged 17.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in two meetings against Southeast Missouri State. The South Carolina transfer has played well in a starting role for the Racers, shooting 50 percent from the floor while being active in a variety of statistical categories. He's also seen increased playing time in each of the last three games.

David Skogman, F, Buffalo ($3,900 DK)

It's easy to overlook Skogman on a talented Buffalo offense considering he's often an afterthought, but the team's starting center makes the most of his opportunities, connecting on 42 percent of threes and 75 percent of attempts from inside the arc. With five 20+ point fantasy performances over his last six games, he's impossible to ignore as a sub $4k salary.
