Small's decision to pursue his professional career will be a significant loss for Texas State as the senior led the team in rebounding this past season. Though, he will have the option to change his mind and return for his extra season of eligibility if he receives unfavorable feedback in the draft process. The 6-foot-8 forward was a three-year starter for Texas Tech and averaged 10.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game over 28 starts during his senior season.
