CFL DFS Picks and Cheat Sheet for Week 13 on DraftKings
The Alouettes and Blue Bombers open the four-game Week 13 slate in a key game for Winnipeg, and ledger wraps up Sunday night with the spiraling Redblacks trying for their first win of 2026 for the 11th time this season.
As customary, we'll break down multiple options for each roster spot and also offer a trio of core plays to consider making the centerpiece of your lineups.
Quarterback Plays for CFL Week 13
Nathan Rourke, BC at OTT ($10,300): Rourke kept right on rolling in Week 12 against the Roughriders, putting together his fifth straight 300-yard effort and sixth overall of 2026 on his way to 26.1 DK points. The prolific signal-caller completed a season-high 78.6 percent of his passes in the process, and he threw two touchdown passes for the third straight contest as well.
Rourke now takes aim at the winless and defensively challenged Redblacks, which are allowing a league-high 435.8 total yards per game, including a league-high 329.6 passing yards per contest. Ottawa is also conceding the second-highest completion rate in the league (72.1 percent), and it's yielded a CFL-high 117.6 passer efficiency rating as well. Then, Rourke is averaging the league's second-highest yards per attempt (10.2) and has 14 completions of 30+ yards, enhancing his appeal.
Chad Kelly, TOR at SSK ($10,200): Kelly dealt with a toe injury during the practice week, but he's officially cleared for Saturday's matchup against the Roughriders. The veteran quarterback is in the midst of what could well turn out to be a career-best season, completing a career-high 70.7 percent of his passes while averaging a career-high 322.6 passing yards per game. Kelly is coming off a 29.3 DK-point tally against the talented Tiger-Cats defense in Week 12, a game where he threw three TD passes while completing 76.5 percent of his throws.
He now tangles with a Roughriders defense that's certainly talented, but that's also conceding 310.4 passing yards per game, a league-high 72.4 percent completion rate and the CFL's second-highest passer efficiency rating (111.7). Kelly already enjoyed success against Saskatchewan this season as well, compiling 30.3 DK points while completing 76.7 percent of his passes for 321 yards and two touchdowns back in Week 4.
Trevor Harris, SSK vs. TOR ($9,700): Harris' Week 12 was a bit of a mixed bag, as the veteran quarterback threw two interceptions for the second straight game but also compiled 356 passing yards and 21.2 DK points in a loss to the Lions. Harris has now eclipsed 300 passing yards in three of the last five games alone, and he's averaging a career-high 321.8 passing yards per game while already having tossed 21 touchdown passes.
The Argonauts were lit up by Harris for 409 yards and two touchdowns back in Week 4, a game where he also completed an elite 79.1 percent of his passes and recorded 26.4 DK points. Toronto remains very vulnerable against the pass, giving up 319.3 passing yards per game and a 69.4 percent completion rate. Then, Harris is notably the CFL's leader in red-zone completions (32), an area of the field where he also boasts a 16:1 TD:INT going into a matchup against a Toronto defense that's yielded the second-most red-zone plays (78) in the league.

Running Back Plays for CFL Week 13
Travis Theis, MTL at WPG ($9,900): Theis put together another signature two-way effort in Week 12 against the Redblacks, capitalizing on the favorable matchup to tally 21.1 DK points on the strength of 121 total yards via a modest 14 touches. The versatile back has now eclipsed 20 DK points on five occasions overall this season despite opening the campaign in a rotational role, and four of those instances have come within the last five games.
Theis couldn't ask for a better Week 13 matchup, as the Blue Bombers have already been victimized for multiple big games by running backs. Winnipeg is allowing a league-high 127.9 rushing yards per game at a league-high 6.0 yards per carry, and the Bombers have also surrendered a co-league-high 83 rushing first downs. Theis is also tied for the second-most runs of 10+ yards in the league (21), underscoring his ability to rack up yardage quickly.
Zander Horvath, BC at OTT ($9,200): Horvath is arguably the top breakout player at his position this season, with the one-time Chargers draft pick progressively carving out a larger role in BC's high-powered attack at the expense of veteran backfield mate James Butler. Horvath's very timely 191-yard rushing effort against the Blue Bombers in Week 9 helped him lay claim to the lead-back spot for the foreseeable future, and he's gone on to score between 14.6 and 25.4 DK points in the next three games as well.
Horvath's pass-catching chops – he's averaging an elevated 10.3 yards per reception on his 17 grabs to date – enhance his fantasy value, and he could be due for another higher-percentile performance given his very favorable Week 13 matchup. The Redblacks have given up the second-most rushing yards per game (123.6), along with 5.5 yards per carry. Ottawa has also yielded a co-league-high 83 rushing first downs, while Horvath already has five runs of 20+ yards on just 81 carries.

Wide Receiver/Slotback Plays for CFL Week 13
KeeSean Johnson, SSK vs. TOR ($9,200): Johnson has boasted one of the most reliable floors for any wide receiver this season, averaging 19.9 DK points per game via a robust 67-844-6 line in 10 games. Johnson has yet to draw fewer than six targets in any contest, and he's seen at least eight in all but two games. While he's primarily a mid-range target, the veteran still has offered an impressive ceiling, eclipsing 20 DK points in five contests already.
Johnson now gets a crack at an Argonauts defense that he already posted a 10-112-1 line and 30.2 DK points against in Week 4. Toronto's considerable weaknesses against the pass were enumerated earlier in Harris' entry, and in addition to the metrics provided there, it's worth noting the Argos have surrendered a co-league-high 23 completions of 30+ yards and the fourth-most yards after the catch (1,168).
Damonte Coxie, TOR at SSK ($9,100): Coxie is another pass catcher that's been keeping fantasy managers in all formats happy thus far, posting a 51-797-4 line and averaging 16.0 DK points per contest despite a couple of single-digit tallies in the latter category. Coxie has a trio of spike performances along the way thanks to having eclipsed 23 DK points on that many occasions, and he remains one of Kelly's most trusted targets heading into Week 13.
Coxie posted a solid 4-70-0 line on five targets back in Week 4 against the Roughriders, a performance that netted 11.0 DK points. Saskatchewan's eye-catching metrics against the pass were already partly detailed in Kelly's entry earlier, and it's also worth noting Coxie has been targeted 22 times on passes of 20 yards or more in depth and impressively brought in 11 of them.
Keric Wheatfall, HAM at CGY ($7,600): Wheatfall's big-play upside has been on prominent display in the last two games, a sample in which he's generated a combined 12-232-1 line while eclipsing the 100-yard mark on both occasions. Wheatfall is now averaging 16.7 yards per reception on his 37 catches, and he's seeing just under 5.0 targets per contest as he begins to carve out a bigger role in Hamilton's air attack thanks to his downfield speed.
The Stampeders have been weak against the pass all season, allowing the second-most passing yards per game (329.0) and a co-league-high 21 touchdown passes. Additionally, Calgary is tied with the Argonauts for the most completions of 30+ yards surrendered (23), an especially relevant deficiency when considering Wheatfall's speed, seven catches of 30+ yards and nine receptions on the 16 targets of 20+ yards he's already seen this season.
Jevon Cottoy, BC at OTT ($6,000): Cottoy's salary remains decidedly modest despite the fact he's already eclipsed 100 receiving yards in two of his first four games of the season. Cottoy is coming off a season-high 110-yard tally in Week 12, a game where he also recorded his first touchdown of the campaign and exceeded 20 DK points for the second time in the last three games.
Cottoy now has a chance to benefit from the porous Redblacks defense, whose various deficiencies against the pass were already detailed earlier in Rourke's entry. In addition to the multiple metrics cited there, it's also worth noting Ottawa has surrendered the second-most touchdown passes (20) and second-most completions of 30+ yards (20), which ups the chances of Cottoy qualifying as one of the best fantasy-point-per-dollar plays on the slate.

Team Defense Plays for CFL Week 13
Hamilton Tiger-Cats ($3,500) at Calgary Stampeders:
The Ti-Cats have been a solid defense throughout the season, recording 11 interceptions and 15 sacks while checking in fourth in total yards per game allowed (368.1). Hamilton has been especially good against the pass while surrendering the second-fewest yards per game in that split (272.0), as well as the second-fewest completions of 30+ yards (12). While the Stamps field a talented offense, it appears they may be missing their field general in Week 13.
Vernon Adams is still managing a Week 11 head injury, despite having had a Week 12 bye to recover. Consequently, the Ti-Cats may get to face Josh Love (now confirmed)whose last and only extensive pro football starting experience came back in 2023 with the USFL's Michigan Panthers. Love has put up only 18 pass attempts since arriving in the CFL in 2025, and the talented Hamilton defense could therefore tee off and force some turnovers in the process while attacking an offensive line that's allowed the third-most sacks (22) this season.
CFL DFS Cheat Sheet for Week 13

We're back up in salary for this week's trio, but we're locking in what is seemingly a rock-solid floor. Harris has had some ups and downs in terms of yardage and turnovers recently, but he's eclipsed 400 yards on three occasions this season and draws a very appealing matchup. Theis continues to be an excellent dual threat at running back and is always in play for the highest fantasy score on the slate at his position. Finally, Coxie makes for a good option in a lineup that also has Harris given the fact they're in the same game, and the speedy receiver has been an upward trajectory since Week 4.
