Geraldo Boldewijn

Boldewijn will battle with Mitch Burroughs for the right to be slotted behind Matt Miller at No. 2 on the depth chart in Boise. Boldewijn had only 19 receptions for 266 yards in 2011, compared to Burrough’s 49 for 500, but he is known as more of a raw, big-play receiver. With neither Miller nor Burroughs acting as serious deep threats, Boldewijn could end up seeing the field more in 2012.

Boldewijn only has 160 yards in his name at the college level, but the big target figures to be a decent fantasy asset by default in Boise State’s nearly infallible offense. He generated a good amount of hype in spring practices, so while he’s an unknown to most, expectations are high within the Boise State program. Tyler Shoemaker is the safer selection between the two, but Boldewign might have more upside
