Barrett is looking to transfer for the second offseason in a row, after he joined Troy last August following four years at Auburn. Since he earned his undergraduate degree at Auburn, Barrett is able to compete right away in 2022 as a second-time transfer in what will be his sixth and final year of eligibility. During his lone season at Troy, the cornerback recorded eight tackles and one sack.
