Moving on from Memphis
Fairman announced Monday via his personal Twitter account that he will leave Memphis and move on to another program as a graduate transfer.
ANALYSIS
After opting out of the 2020 campaign in early September due to a family matter and electing not to rejoin the Tigers for spring and fall camp this year, Fairman looked as though he may have ended his playing career. The 6-foot-3, 202-pound wideout appears ready to continue his career after all, though he'll end up leaving Memphis in pursuit of an opportunity elsewhere. Fairman, who recorded one reception for 11 yards during his time at Memphis, will take two years of eligibility with him to his next school beginning in 2022.
