Davis doesn’t have a ton of upside as a passer, but he showed last year that he’s enough of a dual threat to qualify as an elite fantasy quarterback. In addition to a solid total of 3,103 yards and 20 touchdowns as a passer, Davis ran for 452 yards and 10 touchdowns. With a favorable schedule and the same offensive scheme in 2011, he should have another big year.
Davis played exceptionally last year as a sophomore, completing nearly 70 percent of his passes while throwing 10 touchdowns and just two interceptions. But after he got hurt in the fifth game, his backup, Martevious Young, took over and was marvelous. Now no one knows which one will start, and they're both extremely risky picks in any league type. Still, Davis is a very high-reward/very high-risk pick in CUSA-only leagues.
