Ingram raced to 68 off 39 not out including one boundary and six maximums in Sunday's PSL defeat to Islamabad United.
After struggling in the power play, the Kings picked up the pace considerably once Ingram stepped into the crease. His 82-run fourth wicket stand with Joe Denly in less than 10 overs put Karachi in a position to defend. Ingram reached his fifty in just 31 balls and finished with a tournament-high unbeaten 68, his first half-century of the tournament and his 25th T20 fifty.

Fantasy AnalysisThe left-handed batsman was once termed as the best upcoming product in the South African cricket, and on Friday, he showed why he was rated very highly. Ingram came to bat in the 13th over when Kings were going at just over six runs per over, and the 32-year-old produced a cameo which turned the game on its head and helped his team post more than competitive total of 149 for the loss of nine wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Kings started the tournament as one of the favourites, but they lack firepower at the top, which means the pressure will be on Ingram to continue delivering like he did in the first match.
Fantasy AnalysisIngram has seen a relative dip in form of late, scoring just 22 runs over his last three matches, but has only gotten out in two of those. However, he found his timing early and hit the rope every four balls en route to his best and most fluent innings of the tournament, winning his first The Man of the Match award with his second half-century in the process.
Fantasy AnalysisThe South African limited-overs international has shown tremendous form in the CSA of late, picking up half-centuries in three of his past five matches and is positioning himself to rejoin the international squad, having not played since Nov. 2013 when he faced Pakistan at Dubai in an ODI. While he seems to have fallen out of favor with the international squad, his form of late may merit consideration for their upcoming T20 series' against Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
Fantasy AnalysisIngram formed a wildly successful partnership with David Lloyd, leading to 132 runs before taking the second wicket of the match for the team. His strike rate of 206.89 was outstanding for the team's wicketkeeper and even took a wicket as a bowler in two overs. While the 30-year-old hasn't been selected for the national team in years, he's put together a successful career for Glamorgan of late.
