This article is part of our DraftKings CS:GO series.

GAMES (EDT)

  • 5:15 p.m. Keyd Stars vs. Alma
  • 7:30 p.m. Detona vs. W7M

Keyd Stars (1–4–0) vs. Alma (0–3–2)

Keyd Stars will be a slight favorite against Alma, and piriaz1n comes in as the highest-priced player on the slate at $9,200, leading the team with 0.73 kills/round and a 1.04 K/D ratio. While piriaz1n has been the best player on Keyd Stars, there are a few options in the $7,000 range that have the potential to outscore him. jntzika should definitely be considered, and both mawth and tifa have enough upside to give you a solid return at their respective salaries. tifa has actually been the clear standout throughout the CLUTCH season, with a team-leading 0.78 kills/round and 1.19 K/D ratio, but he has not looked as impressive during the FLASHPOINT and Minor Qualifiers.

On the side of Alma, nqz and FATAL stand out at their respective salaries, as they have both amassed a higher K/D ratio and kills/round than r4ul this year.

Keyd Stars Players to Target: jntzika ($7,000), tifa ($6,200), mawth ($8,000)
Alma Players to Target: FATAL ($6,600), nqz ($7,400), r4ul ($8,600)

Detona (1–3–1) vs. W7M (3–2–0)

Detona's vsm is a player who would probably be on a better team if it wasn't for the fact that he is unable to attend Valve sanctioned events due to his VAC ban, and he has the potential to put up points even in a loss. Since August of last year, vsm has amassed a team-high K/D ratio of 1.17 with

Detona's vsm is a player who would probably be on a better team if it wasn't for the fact that he is unable to attend Valve sanctioned events due to his VAC ban, and he has the potential to put up points even in a loss. Since August of last year, vsm has amassed a team-high K/D ratio of 1.17 with 0.79 kills/round, while also leading the team in multiple other categories, such as opening kills/round (0.13) and quad kills (32).

W7M currently leads Clutch Season 2 with three victories, and they are the bookmakers' favorite here against Detona. ableJ and pancc lead the team in most of the relevant statistical categories, though, raafa has scored more than 50 points in both of the prior CLUTCH slates, and he will rarely be a bad pick with how much DraftKings scoring favors AWPers.

Detona Players to Target: vsm ($8,200), tiburci0 ($7,200)
W7M Players to Target: ableJ ($9,000), pancc ($7,600), raafa ($6,600)
