mousesports (2-4) vs. Copenhagen Flames (3-3)

mousesports are out of playoffs running after losing to GODSENT, and they will now be going up against a Copenhagen Flames team that can still make playoffs with a win. For whatever reason, mousesports just haven't played well recently, and the question is if they will even be up for it in this match. The bookmakers think they will, with mousesports coming in as a -248 favorite to win, but it is certainly tempting to have some exposure to the other side of this matchup. Farlig is the second-highest priced player on the slate, but with Train being likely, it may prove to be worth paying up for him. Farlig leads all players on Copenhagen Flames at ESL One: Road to Rio with 0.79 kills/round and a 1.25 K/D ratio, and he has played an integral part in putting Copenhagen Flames in playoff contention alongside refrezh. Queenix has some, albeit limited, value at $5,400, as well, but only if we end up on Inferno, where he has shown good performances in wins against G2, Spirit, Movistar Riders and c0ntact. Fun fact of the day, Queenix was actually part of the Swedish based reality show, Gamerz, where he competed (and ultimately won) against the current fnatic player Brollan. 

On the side of mousesports, it is frozen who has looked the best recently. Outside of their trashing against c0ntact, ropz and woxic have been surprisingly poor by their high standards. Out of the two, ropz probably has the best chance of bouncing back with a good performance with the set of maps that we are likely to see here, with Inferno and Nuke being great maps for him.

c0ntact (0-6) vs. FaZe (6-0)

FaZe have already secured their place at the top of the standings, and with c0ntact sitting on zero wins so far in the tournament, this match basically becomes a glorified practice game in which FaZe will be heavily favored. FaZe have looked great recently, and the same obviously cannot be said for c0ntact, who honestly might be at the brink of a roster change, at the very least. With this match being of little to no importance, we might just see the strat book thrown out the window with both teams going for scrimmy plays, which should favor the more individually skilled FaZe side. Pretty much any of the FaZe players will have a nice chance at scoring well in a matchup like this, but coldzera is probably the best value play with maps like Inferno and Dust2 being likely. NiKo is the safest pick overall, but it is also reflected in the pricing at $9,000. If FaZe chooses to take advantage of c0ntact's weakness on Nuke, NiKo will have the potential to give us an excellent return even at this pricing, as he leads all players on FaZe by a significant margin with 0.79 kills/round and a 1.18 K/D ratio on the map.

Rostering any c0ntact players here is going to be a big risk and I would generally recommend against it, but as coldzera of FaZe said himself, it can be hard when "people are at home playing and drinking Coke without any pressure.". The only player who has performed in losses for c0ntact is EspiranTo, and he isn't a terrible play in case c0ntact pick Inferno here against FaZe. Additionally, ottoNd- has been the only player who has really performed on Nuke and Dust2, two maps that FaZe are likely to pick against c0ntact.

• c0ntact Players to Target: EspiranTo ($7,400), ottoNd- ($7,000)

Movistar Riders (2-4) vs. GODSENT (4-2)

GODSENT are coming off a big upset against mousesports, and they will look to secure their place in the playoffs with a win here against a Movistar Riders who are outside of playoff contention. Both STYKO and zehN were excellent against mousesports, with the latter playing particularly well on Train, posting a ridiculous 24 kills with two deaths on T side, which is remarkable. Both STYKO and zehN make for good plays once more here against Movistar Riders, and Maden should not be forgotten either.

The Movistar Riders aren't too appealing from a fantasy perspective, especially in a matchup where they don't have as much to play for. If you do want to go there, loWel is probably the only guy I would consider at $6,400 with ALEX being priced way too high at $8,400.

• GODSENT Players to Target: STYKO ($7,600), zehN ($7,600), Maden ($7,200)

North (3-3) vs. G2 (4-2)

Unlike many of the other matches on this slate, both of these teams are still in playoff contention. G2 will be the clear favorites against a very shoddy looking North team that somehow, someway, managed to defeat Movistar Riders with their coach and former CS 1.6 player, Jumpy, standing in for Kjaerbye due to illness. The problem is that they will have to play with Jumpy for the remainder of the tournament now, which certainly doesn't bode well for them in a matchup as difficult as this one. All players on G2 including AmaNEk, JaCkz and nexa will have the potential to put up points, but most of your focus should be on the big guns in the form of huNter- and kennyS.

aizy has been great for North, and he is likely going to have to carry this team if they want to have any chance of being competitive in this match. MSL had an excellent showing against Movistar Riders, and with DraftKings scoring favoring AWPers quite a bit, he isn't outright terrible, but this is far from a dominant AWPer and I personally would not touch any North players due to the stand-in situation.
