Houston (+7) at Baltimore, 38.0 o/u – Monday, 8:30 p.m. EST
The Story: I refuse to lower myself to making "savage" puns about the Texans QB situation, but Tom Savage actually managed to look competent last week against the Cards, topping a 7.0 YPA and completing over two-thirds of his passes. Doing the same against a Ravens defense that has two shutouts in its last three games will be a tall order, however. Granted, those shutouts came against Matt Moore and Brett Hundley, but hey, we're talking about Tom Savage here, not Tom Brady. It's a good thing Baltimore's defense has been so vicious too, because if any QB's play deserves an "uncivilized" description it's been Joe Flacco's.
