Night 2 of the 2026 NFL season is upon us, and we have the best anytime TD scorer bets for Rams vs. 49ers inside our new betting tool.
Thursday night's opener is one the NFL has been building toward for years: 49ers vs. Rams from Melbourne Cricket Ground, the league's first-ever regular season game in Australia, and the two biggest storylines are both about who is — and who isn't — on the field. Aaron Donald is back with the Rams after coming out of retirement this offseason, but he hasn't made the trip to Australia while the team builds him back up, and Myles Garrett is set to make his Rams debut after being traded from Cleveland in the offseason.
The Rams are 3.5-point favorites (-111) with the total sitting at 48.5, and Los Angeles is priced at -196 on the moneyline against a 49ers team getting +165 as road underdogs. A number that high says the books expect this game to be won in the open field, not in the trenches, which is exactly the kind of environment that pushes anytime touchdown scorer props into play.
Below are the best anytime TD bets for the opener based on our model's five years of in-house data. You can use the tool to easily research and place your bets all in one place.

Rams Anytime TD Bets Tonight
Kyren Williams Anytime Touchdown: -106 (Novig)
Williams enters the season as the unquestioned lead back in an offense that just added a legitimate secondary weapon in Corum, and neither addition changes who gets the ball at the goal line. A near-even-money price on a back with this much volume is the kind of number this market is built around, especially in a game where the Rams are favored by a field goal and figure to be ahead often enough to lean on the run.
Davante Adams Anytime Touchdown: +140 (Bet99ON)
Adams was one of the most efficient red-zone receivers in football last season, and he now steps into a Rams offense where Nacua draws the bulk of the coverage attention, not him. Matthew Stafford has a long track record of building fast chemistry with veteran receivers, and Adams' contested-catch ability in the end zone doesn't disappear just because he changed uniforms. Plus money on a receiver with this track record and this little competition for red-zone targets is worth a look.
49ers Anytime TD Bets Tonight
Christian McCaffrey Anytime Touchdown: -130 (Bet99ON)
McCaffrey is the shortest price on the entire board, and the number reflects exactly what he is to this offense: the first read in the red zone and the only real workhorse on either roster. San Francisco's passing game has more mouths to feed with Evans and Samuel both in the fold, but none of that changes McCaffrey's role once the ball crosses the 20. At -130, you're not getting a discount, but you are getting the single highest-floor play in the game.
Brock Purdy Anytime Touchdown: +600 (DraftKings)
For a long shot with real logic behind it, Purdy at +600 is a bet on the matchup working against San Francisco just enough to help him. The Rams' pass rush is the scariest part of their roster with Garrett making his debut, and a defense that gets consistent pressure also creates the kind of broken-play, scramble-drill situations where a mobile quarterback can pick up a rushing score nobody projected. It's a low-probability outcome by design, but at this number it only needs to hit once in a while to pay for itself.
49ers vs. Rams Anytime TD Longshots & Value Bets
If you want more ways into this game, Puka Nacua (+145, Circa) remains the Rams' clear top target and should see a heavy target share regardless of how the Donald and Garrett storylines shake out on defense, while Blake Corum (+183, PolymarketUS) is worth a speculative look as the passing-down-and-goal-line complement to Williams in an offense that projects to score often. On the 49ers' side, George Kittle (+331, Kalshi) and Deebo Samuel (+413, NoVig) both offer paths to the end zone if defenses key in on McCaffrey and Evans — Kittle in particular is worth monitoring given how much of San Francisco's red-zone offense has historically run through him when he's healthy.
Injury & Situational Notes
- 49ers: Mike Evans (Questionable, abductor) — expected to play per multiple reports, but worth checking closer to kickoff given it's his 49ers debut. Nick Bosa and George Kittle are both confirmed to play after each battled injuries in 2025.
- Rams: Aaron Donald (Out) — back with the team after coming out of retirement this offseason, but he has not traveled to Australia while the Rams continue building his fitness. Myles Garrett (On track) — set to make his Rams debut after the offseason trade from Cleveland.
- Lines used: Rams -3.5 (-111) / 49ers +3.5 (-108); Total 48.5 (Over -108 / Under -111); Moneyline Rams -196 / 49ers +165.
