Strong is back for another year as the longest-tenured Seahawk. While not a fantasy factor as perhaps the league's best fullback, he is critical in Seattle's offensive scheme blocking for Shaun Alexander.
One of the league's best fullbacks, Strong made his first Pro Bowl last season. He's back for more as the bulldozer for Shaun Alexander. Expect a handful of touches a game.
Strong is back again at fullback. He'll handle short-yardage situations, catch a few passes now and then and play special teams. Most important, he is a solid blocking back for Shaun Alexander.
Produced career-high totals in rushing attempts (37), yards (174) and per-carry average (4.7), as well as receptions (29) and receiving yards (216) in 2003. Not much fantasy value, though, as a fullback. Strong's main duty is to block for Shaun Alexander.
Strong is a solid fullback who will contribute in short yardage situations. He can run, block and catch -- everything you want in a fullback. That doesn't necessarily make for a good fantasy play, however.
