Durham signed with the Raiders on Thursday, Adam Caplan of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Durham was merely added to provide competition for the fringe WR spots in the Raiders' receiving corps. Since he was selected 107th overall in the 2011 NFL Draft, he's completed only one full season, hauling in 38 balls (on 85 targets) for 490 yards and two touchdowns with the Lions in 2013. His usage reduced significantly last season in Tennessee, though, as he was active in only four games.

Durham signed with the Raiders back in June to provide some competition and some depth to a fairly young receiving corps. He was selected 107th overall in the 2011 NFL Draft by Seattle where he spent just one season. Durham has only been active through one full season which was back in 2013 when he caught 38 passes for 490 yards and two touchdowns in Detroit. Durham will try and compete for the final receiver spot, but he'll likely struggle to make the final roster.
Durham got an opportunity with the Lions last year and he didn't look entirely out of place, but by the end of the season he'd all but disappeared from the game plan. He'll get a chance with the Titans to serve as a depth wideout.
Durham does not receive enough playing time to be considered in fantasy, as he played in just four games for the Lions last season.
The Chargers lost just about every receiver on their roster to injuries at one time or another, and given their strained relations with Vincent Jackson, they took Brown with the draft’s 82nd pick. At 5-11, 184, Brown is atypical for San Diego, a team known for running out massive freaks like Jackson, Malcom Floyd and Legedu Naanee, but he’s fast, has good ball skills and runs above average routes. His path to targets remains unclear at this point, but should he find himself in a significant role, the passing-game environment could hardly be better.
