Chapman will be working as the starting nose tackle during the Colts' upcoming mini-camp, the Indianapolis Star reports.
ANALYSIS
He'll compete with Brandon McKinney, Aubrayo Franklin, Martin Tevaseu and rookie Montori Hughes for the job, but it looks like his to take after missing last season while coming back from a torn ACL. He has upside as a premium run-stuffer if he's back to full speed.

Starting nose tackle who grades well against the run. After missing 2012 due to an ACL tear he suffered in college, he's missed just three games the past two years.
Chapman fell to the fifth round in the 2012 draft after tearing his ACL late in the 2011 season in college. He missed the 2012 season and then worked in a limited role in 2013. However, he's expected to be the starting nose tackle in 2014. He has upside as a premium run-stuffer if he can make a large improvement in his second full season back from major knee surgery.
Chapman is expected to battle Aubrayo Franklin for the starting nose tackle position in the Colts' 3-4 defensive scheme.
