Cubs –With Kevin Gregg having pitched three straight days, Dale Sveum made the fatal error of turning to Marmol with a 3-0 lead Sunday. He promptly surrendered two absolute bombs to lose the game, Marlon Byrd's leadoff job and Kirk Nieuwenhuis' walk-off. Yes, you can drop Marmol now. In pretty much any format.

Diamondbacks – J.J. Putz is getting close to a rehab assignment, meaning Heath Bell is likely headed back to his setup role in a couple weeks. If you own Bell, now's a good time to quietly peddle him before Putz gets so close everyone's heard about it.

Tigers – After Joaquin Benoit picked up the save with 1.1 innings Sunday, Drew Smyly got one of the three-inning variety Monday. Of course, Jose Valverde is in this mix too. Looks like this situation is a mess again, with no clear top gun.

Mike Zunino, C, SEA – Let's preface this: Don't drop a good, established catcher for Zunino. Hold onto your McCann and your Perez and your Lucroy. That said, if your fantasy team is struggling with injuries or ineffectiveness at catcher, Zunino could offer a shot in the arm, at least in terms of power. He was only hitting .238 (albeit with 11 homers and a .503 SLG) in Triple-A, but he's a better hitter than that – the young backstop hit a ridiculous .360 with a 1.137 OPS between A and Double-A last year. And, hey, he's 3-for-10 with a homer to start his big-league career.
