Kelly shot 71-73-71 to finish 1-under, missing the cut by seven strokes at the Humana Challenge.

ANALYSIS
Kelly was pretty up-and-down throughout the tournament, posting 15 birdies and 11 bogeys, including a triple-bogey on the fifth hole Thursday. He really struggled off the tee, hitting just 43.9 percent of his drives into the fairway, while landing only 50 percent greens in regulations. Kelly has now failed to make the cut in all three tournaments he's entered this season, with his last weekend round coming at the Tampa Bay Championship last March. He'll look to end his cut-streak in next week's Waste Management Phoenix Open.

2013 Fantasy Outlook

One week in July changed Kelly's entire fortune last year. Although he struggled most of the season, Kelly somehow managed a runner-up at the Greenbrier Classic and a check for more than $650K. You don't need to be a math major to figure out that his runner-up showing at the Greenbrier accounted for nearly all of his earnings last season. Kelly needs to find some consistency before he becomes a viable option in salary cap leagues.
