Mathias Gronberg

2024 Fantasy Outlook
There was no outlook written for Mathias Gronberg in 2024. Check out the latest news below for more on his current fantasy value.
April 26, 2010
Gronberg shot a 2-over 74 on Sunday at TPC Louisiana to finish T-21 at the Zurich Classic with a score of 7-under 281. He is listed as an alternate this week for the Quail Hollow Championship.
ANALYSIS
Gronberg missed four straight cuts to start the year and fell to #45 in the second reshuffle. The top-25 paycheck should give the Swede more chances to play after the next reshuffle, but it shouldn't improve his chances of making your fantasy squad.

Past Fantasy Outlooks

2004
Gronberg finished fourth at the Shell Houston Open last year, but did nothing outside of that. He had just one top-10 in 30 events last year. Gronberg originally gained entrance to the PGA Tour through Q-School in 2003 where he was the medalist. Since, though, he has failed to demonstrate he can be a factor on the PGA Tour.
Gronberg didn't take advantage of being the Medalist at last year's Q-School and ended right where he started. Look for him to make a better effort to avoid Q-School next year.
He has shown ample ability on the European tour where he has four wins. Making the leap to the PGA tour, he could be a sleeper this season.
