Leif Olson

Olson earned his PGA tour card and can now join his former Duke teamate Kevin Streelman on the PGA tour. Olson made some huge putts down the stretch to earn his PGA tour playing privledges for the first time. Olson had quit the game just two years ago and has not had much success on the mini tours, but displayed the talent we saw at Duke to capture his PGA tour card. Olson's composure down the stretch was remarkable for a guy who made one Nationwide start last year and did not light up the leaderboards on the Gateway Tour either. Time will tell with Olson, but he will have to play great on the West Coast to get out from the bottom of Q School and Nationwide reshuffle rankings.
