Langasque finished in solo second at the DS Automobiles Italian Open following his one-under 70 in the final round.

ANALYSIS
Langasque was seeking his second DP World Tour victory and first since the 2020 ISPS Handa Wales Open. The Frenchman came in one back of the lead going into the final round. He was in good position following birdies on 9 and 11, but his chances pretty much ended after bogeys on 13, 14, and 16. Langasque was able to secure solo second with birdies at 17 and 18, however. He will move up to 13th in the Race to Dubai standings and will not play at the Soudal Open.
