Etulain lost his PGA Tour card following the 2016-17 season in which he missed eight cuts in 22 starts while raking in less than $500K in earnings. He actually missed even more cuts on the Web.com Tour in 2018, but added six top-25s and a win at the Chitimacha Louisiana Open. Etulain unexpectedly withdrew from his previous start at the Valero Texas Open due to an undisclosed issue, but he's slated to pair with Andres Romero this week at TPC Louisiana. Prior to his WD in Texas, Etulain finished T36 or better in four straight starts from the Puerto Rico Open to the Corales Championship.
