Big, physical defenseman Weber will continue his development in the minors.

Weber has great size and the wheels to play at the top level, but as yet hasn't developed the necessary skills to go along with his physical gifts. He'll be broken in slowly in the AHL after closing out his college career, and is a few years away from the NHL, if he ever makes it.

Weber has size and can skate, but as his NCAA career draws to a close he's still a bundle of tools with no polish.

Physical defense prospect scored 1-9-10 with 62 PIMs in 43 NCAA games last season.

Weber is a monster. He played high school hockey this past season and is a "diminutive" 6-4 and 205 lbs. Wow! Like all big boys, he needs to grow into his size and he needs better competition in which to test himself. His growing isn't finished; neither is his development. Fantasy owners need to watch him from afar before using up a valuable keeper spot on this guy. Show us the money, young man.
