Henry was sent to the AHL Hamilton Bulldogs by the Candiens.
ANALYSIS
The move could be enough of a sign to say Andrei Markov and Roman Hamrlik are well enough to play for Montreal. Henry and fellow defensemen Yannick Weber were apart of the final cuts.

Not in Montreal organization any longer. Played in Dusseldorf last year.
Henry is a real stay-at-home defenseman who likes to drop the gloves. However, he's a marginal prospect and has no fantasy value. Henry will be challenged to see any time in Montreal this season but he'll do a good job in Hamilton of the AHL protecting Montreal's gifted European prospects.
Henry brings 175 games of NHL experience to the table. While he spent all of last season with Nashville's affiliate in Milwaukee, he will be given an opportunity to make the team during camp. Henry is known more for his physical style of play and defending skills than for any offensive talent.
Henry was signed over the summer of 2006 as a free-agent and will get a chance to win a job during training camp. Henry played 134 games with the Minnesota Wild the last two seasons and showed very little offensive ability during that time. It is very likely that Henry will end up with the Predators' top affiliate in Milwaukee for most of the season.
Henry was converted from a forward to a defensemen after getting traded to the Wild in 2003 and will be a reserve defenseman.
