Only played 13 games last season for the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL including playoffs. Destined for another year or two before he has a chance to compete for a spot on the Oilers blueline.

Bisaillon has great skill offensively, but needs to improve on the defensive side of the game. He'll get the chance to do so in the AHL in 2007-08.
